BAD NEWS: Arsenal might loose their goal scoring machine this summer

The Spanish giants (Real Madrid) have held talks with Arsenal and Gabonese super striker Pierre Emerick Aubameyang in their pursuit to bring the striker to Santiago Bernabeau during this summer transfer window.

The Los Blancos really need a goal machine as they are planning to reinforce the entire team this summer and they have targeted Aubameyang as the perfect fit for the striking role. Karim Benzema what happens to be Zinadane Zidane's first choice in the No. 9 spot is already 31 years of age and will need a replacement as soon as possible. On the other hand, Mariano Diaz hasn't been in a good form this season, in view of this a fresh leg is needed to occupy the centre forward role.

Real Madrid are ready to spend big this summer and they have pinpointed some big names on their radar in the likes of Eden Hazard of Chelsea who has also refused to pen down a new contract with the Blues and Paul Pogba of Manchester United who is apparently not enjoying life at the Old Trafford due to the poor form of the Red devils.

Aubameyang, who joined Arsenal in January 2018 under Arsene Wenger with a club record fee of €65m from Germany's side Borrussia Dortmund. No doubt that he is one of the best strikers in Europe's top five leagues and Arsenal is so blessed to have the Gabonese striker. He has made up to 50 appearances for the North London club this season having 30 goals and 8 assists to his name. His contract with the gunners will expire 2021 making him to have a release clause of around €75m and might increase as the player keeps increasing in form.

The striker has his first Hat-trick for Arsenal last Thursday night in the Europa League semi final encounter with Valencia at Spain, catching the eyes of big clubs.

Arsenal will do all they could to retain the 2-time African Footballer of the year as his service is still needed considering his recent from in partnership with Alexander Lacazette who might also stay in the club amid speculations of sealing transfer to FC Barcelona.
