Today, I celebrate one of Iloko finest. A young man I secretly admire for his rare mixture of achievements and humility; a young man who does not envy the success of his contemporaries, but would rather lend his effort to make them succeed; a young man who has be made ILOKO IJESA proud through his consummate professionalism in works that has become a reference concentric for others to emulate.
