1st Year Anniversary: Ilerioluwa Youths Wing Hails Governor Gboyega Oyetola

The main campaign structure of Governor Gboyega Oyetola in the State Of Osun, Ilerioluwa Youth Wing enjoined the principal in a victory jamboree to mark one year in Office today in the State Capital, Osogbo.

Governor Gboyega Oyetola, Deputy Governor Dr Benedict Olugboya Alabi, Wife Governor, Mrs Kafayat Oyetola , All Progress Congress (APC) members  and multitude of people in Osogbo  during the celebration of first year in office embarks upon a movement tagged; " Walk To Greatness " which takes effect from the State Government House, Okefia to Oja Oba, Sabo, Ayetoro, while the 3hours exercise terminated at Nelson Mandela Freedom Park.

Ilerioluwa Youth wing was led by Hon.Wasiu Oketayo to give complementary greetings to Mr Governor and some principal officials including the Director General Of Ilerioluwa campaign team. Hon. Israel Famurewa, the Speaker Of The House Hon.Timothy Owoeye, Hon. Prince Famodun The State Party Chairman APC.

The State coordinator Hon. Wasiu Oketayo described the Governor’s one year anniversary celebration as “one year of giant strides,” lauds him on the life-touching projects across the state with particular emphasis on the ongoing dualization of Idominasi Road and the primary health care projects.

In his word: “The ongoing Dualization of Idominasi Road and primary health care hospital, which you will inspect and flag-off to mark your one year in office, have given us a bigger opportunity to not only thank you but to commend you on your numerous contributions to the social and economic development of State Of Osun.

"Your leadership has not only been a source of inspiration to all of us in State Of Osun, it has given us great hope that award of contracts for the construction of internal roads in Osun tops your priority list,” he stated.

The one year anniversary was however marked with novelty match which kick off between the Legislative arms and the State Executive Cabinet, while the Deputy Governor of the State Dr. Benedict Olugboya Alabi presented runner up trophy to the State Executive Cabinet as the match between the duo ended in penalty shootout that ended in 4 nil after the break time which gave the Legislative arms victory,  while Governor Gboyega handed trophy to the Captain who is the Speaker Of the legislative House, Hon.Timothy Owoeye.

Ilerioluwa Youth Wing further call on the people of Osun to give the Governor and his team a rousing welcome and support as he inspects and flag-off projects in the area.
