Hon. Gaya Congratulate Ganduje Supreme Court Victory

The member representing Albasu, Ajingi and Gaya federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya has called on Kano State Executive  Governor Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje to continue leave to the expectations of the electorate in bringing more developmental projects across the state that have direct bearing to peoples well being.

He made the called in a congratulatory messages issue to newsmen in Abuja.

According to him the affirmation of Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje as kano state Governor by the Supreme Court of Nigeria is a pointer to the fact that the judiciary still remained a truly independent arm that consolidating our democracy and raising the hope of the Nigerians.

Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya noted light always shine over darkness looking at both verdicts of the thrice courts Governorship Election Tribunal sitting in Kano, Court of Appeal sitting in Kaduna and finally Supreme Court of Nigeria upheld Ganduje's victory.

He further said that PDP failed to demonstrate any cogent reason to warrant the setting aside of both the judgments of the Kano State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal and the Court of Appeal which had both affirmed the victory of Ganduje and our party, the All Progressives Congress in the election in the state.
