COVID-19: Oyetola's Aide Reaches Out To 4,000 Households In Ijesaland, Restates Government's Commitment To Curtail Spread Of Coronavirus In Osun
Today, 14th day in April, the Honourable Commissioner for Works and Transport in Osun, Engr. Oluremi Omowaiye was at his hometown, Ilesa to distribute COVID-19 Relief materials packaged by him and his friends across the different political parties from the donations accrued to the initiative.
This initiative is a drive by the Ijesa born politician to bring succour to numerous families as a result of the Stay At Home order issued by the Government of the State of Osun. The train which transverse the length and breadth of Ilesa West LGA moved from one family compound to another, from one street to the other, distributing the Ilerioluwa covid 19 relief package irrespective of tribe, religion, colour or political affiliation.
Omowaiye and his team were also at Atakumosa West LGA, specifically in Osu, Iwara and Ifewara. Cumulatively, today's outreach by Omowaiye reached out to over four thousand households, each relief package contains beans, rice, wheat, semoflour, noodles and eggs. He assured residents and citizens of all the communities visited that Governor Gboyega Oyetola is doing everything humanly and medically possible to curtail the spread of COVID-19, he deserves our commendation at this crucial time of our socioeconomic life.
