COVID-19 Palliative, APC Irewole Distributes Relief Materials To Over 4000 Vulnerable As Powered by HE Benedict Alabi.








As the infection of Coronavirus pandemic is digging deeper which is even making the giants of the world like United States, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada among others crying for help.

In his mission to arrest the spreading of the virus and to protect his State from the infection, the State of Osun under the pragmatic Governor Gboyega Oyetola some weeks ago announced stay at home order, which lasted for 14 days In the first phase with support of conventional and local security operatives that ensured compliance in the state.












During the first lockdown, the state of Osun recorded 20 cases of COVID-19 patients, but today with special glory to God Almighty and unrelenting efforts of Mr. Governor that provided all material needed for the health personnels, all the 20 patients have been discharged and living healthy with their families except one.

In his wisdom to relief his people during this stay at home order, Deputy Governor of the State of Osun, Mr. Benedict Alabi donated huge amount of money to the All Progressives Congress at his immediate environment level and Ikire progressive Union (IPU).

When State Government announced another 14 days additional lockdown in the State, Mr. Alabi didn't stop his fatherly responsibilities. He opened a donation box with huge amount which many respected and reputable members of the public supported in cash and kind.

This is what gave APC in Irewole local government an advantage to roll out relief materials to selected vulnerable in the town which is not less than 4000 people.

During the distribution, The APC party Chairman in Irewole local government, Alhaji Arimiyau Owoade used the opportunity of the distribution to assured people of Ikire that another palliative measures is coming fróm state government and other political office holders before or during Ramadan.
