Oriade LGA Chairman Condoles With Osun Special Adviser On Works, Olaniyan Over Wife's Death
Oriade Local Government Chairman, Hon. Bunmi Obeisun, has commiserated with Osun Special Adviser on Works and Transport, Engr. Hussein Olatoke Olaniyan and his family over the death of his wife, Alhaja Olubunmi Olaniyan.
The late Alhaja Olubunmi Olaniyan 56, died on Sunday evening.
Hon. Obeisun, described her death as a great loss to the state, the entire family and the Muslim community in Iragbiji.
Obeisun, in a statement by his Personal Assistant, Kayode Damilola, noted that the late Mrs. Olubunmi was a devout Muslim, married to another devout Muslim, the Hon. Hussein Olatoke Olaniyan.
The Oriade Local Government Chairman further said “I received with great shock the passing of your wife, the Late Alhaja Olubunmi Olaniyan, who died on Sunday."
He stated that Allah, the Author and Finisher of all the mortals' faith has the prerogative of when to end the life race of all individuals irrespective of consideration for age.
Obeisun prayed to Almighty Allah to shower Divine protection on the family of the deceased.
Obeisun pleaded with Hon. Hussein Olatoke Olaniyan to take heart and take solace in the Quran saying that "It's Allah that giveth that taketh".
He also prayed to Allah to forgive the deceased her inadequacies and grant those she left behind the fortitude to bear the irreversible loss.
The Oriade Chairman hinted that the sudden death of Late Alhaja Olubunmi Olaniyan was a great loss to the people of Iragbiji in Boripe Local Government and State of Osun as a whole, stating that the accompanying shock could only be mitigated by taking the unusual, unpleasant incident philosophically.
The Late Alhaja Olubunmi Olaniyan is survived by her husband, two children and two grandchildren.
