Osun PDP, A Deadly Opposition With Unprofessional Information - Hon. Bunmi Obeisun

The Chairman of the Peoples' Democratic Party, (PDP) in Oriade Local Government Area of Osun State, Prince Samuel Adeloye needs some funds to buy a eyes glasses.

The party chairman needs a eyes glasses due to untruth information that he spread to social media that Hon. Bunmi Obeisun a Local Government Chairman defying the fight against Covid-19 rules.

This claim was made known today in a press release issued and made available to us that PDP Oriade Local Government Chairman went ahead to form untruth information that Hon. Bunmi Obeisun went ahead to disobey lockdown rules and held a political party activities.












The Party Chairman claimed that Hon. Obeisun received a suspended former member of PDP, Mr. Moses Owoso into their political party, the truth of the matter is that Hon. Obeisun received a call when he was going for patrol with security personnel along Erinmo community that there is a strong politician that is willingly to join Progressive family, The Honourable told APC members in the community that Governor has suspended any political activities for now that they should wait till Mr. Governor address State of Osun people on Tuesday which those party leaders in that ward agreed. It was on Tuesday when His Excellency announced that there is going to be a free movement from Wednesday to Thursday before another 14days lockdown will commence, Eight among the party leaders use the opportunity to welcome the new member into the great party just to avoid social distancing as laid down in the fight against Covid-19".

It could be recalled that the first lockdown in the state commenced on the 1st of April 2020 and it lasted 14 days, before the government announced another 14days in order to defeat the pandemic totally because the number of infected people kept increasing due to people activities.

Hon. Obeisun uses this medium to inform Oriade People that total lockdown is still in force, warns residents against civil disobedience

Hon. reiterates that the second stint of the State-wide 14-day lockdown necessitated by the need to curb the spread of the COVID-19 in the State of Osun, is not a curfew but a TOTAL LOCKDOWN.

This by implication means that the State Government has not relaxed the order to accommodate human or vehicular movements at certain hours of the day during the period of the lockdown.
