Children's Day: Agunbiade Rejoices With Children of Osun, Described Them As Pillars Of The Nigerian Future

Osun Commissioner for Land and Physical Planning Hon. Nathaniel Agunbiade has joined other prominent sons and daughters of Osun state to congratulate and felicitate with children in the state on the occasion of children’s day celebration.

The honourable in a felicitation message on Wednesday described children as the pillars of the Nigerian future. He advocates for adequate care for the children from their parents and guardians to enable them become a force to reckon with. He described as sad the growing rate of infant mortality in Nigeria as a whole in which Osun is not left out, Hon. Nathaniel Agunbiade applauded Osun government under the leadership of Governor Gboyega Oyetola for taking health care especially for children under the age of five a priority.














Hon. Agunbiade also expressed regret that Nigerian children have in recent times become objects of sexual harassment and exploitation, forced labour, street trading and other forms of unpalatable treatments.

He expressed commitment to use his presence to promote the welfare of children all over the state.
