Ward 11 Ijeda/Iloko councillorship Aspirant under the platform of All Progressive Congress, Comrade Awoyemi Olayinka Rafael politically known as Nation rejoices with the entire Muslim Ummah in the ward and Osun as a whole as they join their counterparts in Nigeria and all over the world mark this years Eid-El-Kabir, on this memorable occasion and reminded everyone on the call by God to be one another's keeper for the purpose of peaceful coexistence.
The Councillor Aspirant hopeful in a press statement made available to media said he is pouring his heart of greetings of love to all Muslim Ummah for this years Eid-El-Kabir being celebrated around the world, saying that it is a time of worship to God through the act of sacrifice.
As claimed by him, the celebration is a symbolic and historic religion injunction that showcased the act of obedience of prophet Abraham who was asked to sacrifice his only son, reminding the Muslim in ward 11 Ijeda/Iloko, Osun and Nigeria to remain obedient to God's bidding as they mark the Eid-El-Kabir.
"Remember that your worship is incomplete if you fail to understand that the Eid-El-Kabir is a time for generosity, sober reflection and sacrifice that will be dedicated to prayers for love and peace to thrive throughout our dear state and nation," He said.
