Agunbiade greets Hazzan, Retired Permanent Secretary On Land & Physical Planning, At 60

Osun Commissioner for Land and Physical Planning, Hon. Nathaniel Agunbiade, has felicitated with the Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Land and Physical Planning, ESV Tayo Hazzan, who turned 60 on Wednesday, August 19, 2020, describing him as a diligent worker and exemplary leader. 

Honourable Nathaniel in a felicitation message to ESV Tayo Hazzan, described the former Permanent Secretary as a thorough bred administrator who built an enviable Civil service record through sheer hard work, brilliance and integrity., The Commissioner said younger generation of civil servants have a lot to learn from ESV Hazzan philosophy which sees leadership strictly as a call to serve others.

“At 60, ESV Hazzan remains an enigma, a reference point in terms of humility, selfless service and integrity in civil service. The younger generation of civil servants have a lot to learn from the track record of this great leader- retired Permanent Secretary. 

“On behalf of the government and good people of State of Osun, I join your well wishers, especially staffs of Ministry of Land and Physical Planning, to celebrate you today and wish you all the good things this milestone offers. 

“Above all, I wish you good health, undiluted joy and perfect bliss.
