Senator Basiru Is Putting Osun Central Into The National Limelight- SRJ Aide Tells Ifelodun APC Youth Leaders

It was another progressive gathering at a Get-together between Alh. Khalid Ibraheem and Ifelodun APC Youth Leaders held last Thursday at SRJ Ifelodun Liaison Office situated in Ikirun

Alh. Khalid is an Ikirun born Politician based in Osogbo and Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Senator Dr. Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, Distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic Nigeria representing Osun Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Abuja 

The Get- together brought together all APC Local & Ward Youth Leaders in Ifelodun Local Government

While addressing the gathering, SSA to the Distinguished Senator appreciated the Youth Leaders for their commitment to the party and for their time to time support for his principal.

Alh. Khalid equally intimated them with fact that Senator Ajibola Basiru is not a bench warmer in the Senate and all his activities so far since assumption of office is a testimony to the fact that SRJ is putting Osun Central into national limelight. He mentioned some of his achievements in the Senate and in his Senatorial District 

Senator Basiru is a first timer in the Senate and became Senate Spokesperson within one year in office. 

The host further explained that his principal is never an absentee Senator at home, he mingles with his constituents, he is a lover of youths, he appointed more than 80 youths as aides and added that there will be another special training and empowerment in batches for 100 youths on Tuesday @ Osun Central Senatorial Office in Osogbo

In their separate reactions, the Youth Leaders appreciated the organiser of the programme and showered encomia & prayers on the Distinguished Senator for being a good ambassador of Osun Central Senatorial District. 

Hon. Kareem Saheed, the Youth Leader of Ifelodun North LCDA who also delivered the message of the forum said they would soon forward their appreciation letter to the distinguished Senator for involving a very large number of youth in his constituency. 

He however submitted that they are still Oliver Twist who always asks for more
