Building Industry Experts Charged On Osun Economic Growth
State of Osun Commissioner for Lands and Physical Planning, Hon. Nathaniel Agunbiade, has charged the professionals in the building industry, especially Estate Valuers and Town Planners at the Local Government Councils and Local Government Development Authorities across the State to be more diligent and transparent to avoid revenue leakages.
The Commissioner who gave the advice while speaking with newsmen in Osogbo the State Capital, assured that the Ministry of Lands will not relent in its efforts at ensuring prompt allocation of land and processing of Certificate of Occupancy to the people of the State.
He emphasised the need for professionals to protect their integrity in the interest of their job.
Meanwhile, Hon. Agunbiade had earlier vowed that before the expiration of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola’s first tenure, all the activities of the Ministry will be projected on internet for easy access of the people around the world for transaction and payment in line with the global best practices.
