Arc Babatunde Desmond Ojo Congratulates State Of Osun Governor, Gboyega Oyetola Over Supreme Court Judgement; Commends APC Members For Being Steadfast.

The Honourable Member representing Oriade State Constituency in the State of Osun House of Assembly, Architect Babatunde Desmond Ojo has congratulated the incumbent Governor of the State of Osun, His Excellency, Alhaji Gboyega Isiaka Oyetola and Deputy Governor Benedict Alabi on the victory at the Supreme Court, which upheld the September 2018 Gubernatorial elections. 

In a statement released by his media office, the House of Assembly Honourable member extolled the Justices of the Supreme Court which reaffirmed the judgement of the Court of Appeal and upheld the popular choice of the people of the State of Osun. He also commended members of the All Progressives Congress in the State of Osun in general, Ijesa North and Oriade State Constituency in particular for being steadfast in the months leading to this final decision by the highest court of the land.

Honourable Desmond Ojo however charged Governor Gboyega Oyetola to immediately swing into action towards providing best governance practices and full implementation of the campaign manifestoes now that the legal encumbrance has been scaled. There is work to do ahead and the developmental strides so far in road rehabilitation, infrastructural development, health centres reconstruction, security interventions amongst others are already pointers to what the people of Osun should expect more of.
