SUPREME COURT VICTORY: AKOL Student Ambassadors Congratulates Governor Gboyega Oyetola And His Deputy Benedict Olugboyega Alabi

On behalf of AKOL Student Ambassadors, I celebrate with the Governor State of Osun, Mr Gboyega Oyetola; his Deputy, Mr Benedict Alabi; the Government and people of the State of Osun; on the confirmation of Mr Gboyega Oyetola as the Governor of our dear State of Osun by the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

The Supreme Court ruling is a confirmation both of the perfect will of God and of the irrefutable choice of Osun people. It also reinforces the confidence our people have in the judiciary. This is a good development for the advancement of democracy in our nation Nigeria and Africa at large as it goes a long way to pattern true democracy for other African nations.

Transparent, accountable, Competent and Committed leadership, is the model Leadership people crave for world over - Governor Gboyega Oyetola is a model of this kind of leadership and this Victory shows that in the September 2018 elections, Osun people overwhelmingly voted for him therefore no amount of opposition can contest that mandate.

It is time for Osun people from all political parties to rise up and support our God-ordained Governor .
