Osun Dep. Gov commiserates with former OSHA Speaker over his mother's death.


Deputy Governor, State of Osun Mr Benedict Olugboyega Alabi has commiserated with the former Speaker of the state house of Assembly and Chieftain of the APC in the state Rt. Hon Rafiu Adejare Bello over the demise of his mother Deaconess Ruth Moniola Abeki Bello who died recently at a ripe age of 85.


Mr Alabi while addressing newsmen during the funeral and Thanksgiving service for the deceased held on Friday at the CAC Oke Isegun Zonal Headquarters Ede described the life of late Deaconess Bello as a fulfilled and well spent.

Mr Alabi who was at the funeral service to represent Governor Gboyega Oyetola said although it's very painful to lose a loved one but at the same time it's joyful for someone to survive his or her parents.

He commended the mother's role which the deceased played in the lives of her children when alive  particular in the life of the former Speaker who was the APC candidate for Ede federal constituency in the 2019 General Election.

The State Deputy Governor prayed God to grant the deceased an eternal rest and to console the children and the entire family she left behind.

" We are grateful to God for the life of Mama because she lived a fulfilled life.

" We are also happy for Rt. Hon Adejare Bello because he survived his dear mother, although it's  very painful to lose a loved one especially a parent", Mr Alabi stated.
