Unveiling Central City Project, The Framework To Osun Development.

Hon. Architect Olumuyiwa Ige, the Director General, Osun New Towns and Growth Areas Development Authority gave an opening remark at the ongoing plans of Osun development in partnership with the Agency, State Goverment and Akbeeb Limited at the Center For Black and International Understanding in the state capital yesterday, as the authority embarked upon provision of infrastructure at Zero Cost to Government.

The Governor State Of Osun, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola ably represented at the event by the Commissioner For Commerce and Industry, Hon. Olaonipekun Henry Olabode stated that  the Central City Project is to make life meaningful for the citizens of Osun by facilitating project meant for Industrial, residential, and Agricultural purposes with uninterrupted power supply sourced from power sub station linked to the national grid.

He stated further that physical allocation of land would carry on with immediate effect to applicants, the maximum area of land covers up to 2000 to 5000 Hectares with basic design for development,  erection of Church, Mosque, School, Shopping Complex, Filling Station and commercial business through application.

He added that the Central City feasibility plan ranges from 24hours security Guard, power subsidy to maximum of 2years, easy accessibility to rail transportation system, tax incentive and industrial clusters benefit, seamless facilitation of regulatory approvals, Open partnership to source for raw materials and off-taking industrial product and establishment of a dry port to ease movement of raw materials and equipment across the country.

On his part, the Manager of FCMB, Mr. Olayinka Olorundare commended Hon. Architect Muyiwa Ige and stated that FCMB would in their background knowledge through voyages add core values to the Central City Project Development as FCMB has already partnered and ready to educate applicants on installmental payment within 5years to become a land owner with just #360,000 per plot, the features of owning a land at the ongoing project varies from Good Road Network, Super Concrete Drainage System, Registered Survey, Certificate Of Registration, Electricity

While encouraging the people, Hon. Olajumoke Ogunkeyede (JMK) the Leader Of Obokun Constituency urged citizens to grab the opportunity made available so as to become land owner as the Central City Project unveiled it's products.

Important dignitaries present at the event includes; Hon.Timothy Owoeye, the Speaker House Of Assembly, Osun State who was represented by the member of the House Of Assembly, Hon. Babatunde  Desmond Ojo, Oloba Of Oba - Oke, Akirun Of Ikirun Land, HRM Oba Abdulrauf Adewale Adedeji (MON) and Special Adviser to the Governor On Corporative, President Ooda Chamber Of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, Mrs Oyeteju Aderemi, the branch manager of UBA and Zenith Banks among others.
