Some students behave badly because of serious personal or family problems. There is often little that lecturers on their own can do about that. A key part of the strategy will involve supporting lectures by giving them ready access to professionals such as education psychologists and social and mental health workers who can help with behaviour problems.

Mr. Abiola described Discipline and respect for authority may be unfashionable concepts. But let's not be afraid to use them. Because in the end what matters is the future. Students owe the society safe and learn in environment where there is respect for all.

Chief Engineer of Works Department Mr. Abiola said school management needs action and support from parents, governors and local authorities. We must challenge cultural acceptance of bad behaviour and truancy. And the government too has a duty to take the lead with a coherent and sustained programme of measures. Our measures must deal with attendance as well as with behaviour in schools. They must promote early intervention. And they must strike the right balance between supporting the "can'ts" - families in real difficulty - and putting pressure on the "won'ts".

Chief Engineer said discipline giving to the life of the students helps the students to stay motivated. By staying motivated students achieve all the impossible things and walk towards to their goal. Good discipline is essential for the students to complete all their assignment works.

According to Mr. Abiola he said if students want to be successful the students must know how to focus on their studies when it matters while also taking breaks when they need them. They can manage their time wisely, stick to meaningful study schedules, and make the most of their time in the classroom.

Mr Abiola talked about decent dress Why is decent dressing a necessity, one may want to ask? The answer is simple. As the saying goes “the way you dress is the way you will be addressed.” Your dress code is almost synonymous with who people take you to be. The need for decent dressing cannot be overstressed if the current societal values are to be rebased and reconstructed.

He enjoined the students to always live together in love, unity and humanity
